Start your Morning off right with an intensive workout designed to activate you for the day.
This is a rolling circuit that gives flexibility to you and those who wake up earlier that you. you will be coached through by Mick and his team quickly moving from one section to the next to get the maximum effective morning workout and activation.
Start times are 6:30,7:00 and 7:30am.
